  • All solid furniture pieces are covered by our 12-month Shandu Furnitures guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or structural issues under normal household use.

  • Mattresses are covered by manufacturer warranties that vary between 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or even up to 20 years, depending on the brand and model.
    For example:

    A mattress with a “10-year warranty” means it’s protected by the manufacturer against structural or spring failure for that duration, provided the mattress has been used on a suitable base and kept in good condition.


Living Room Furniture

This includes sofa sets, single seaters, recliners, couch sets, TV stands, coffee tables, wall units, and display cabinets.

  • All living room furniture is protected by our 12-month guarantee covering manufacturing defects (such as faulty stitching, broken frames, or material defects).

  • Upholstered furniture must be cared for according to the care instructions provided to maintain its guarantee. Damage from misuse, spills, pets, or improper cleaning is not covered.
